Mindful Movement includes yoga and movement-based classes offered with an emphasis on awareness, breath, and intentional movement. Sessions are designed to support strength, mobility, and presence in a way that feels accessible and grounded.
Seasonal offerings include retreats, workshops, and thoughtfully curated movement series such as aerial yoga, Pilates, vinyasa, and other mindful practices designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support embodied awareness.
